You can cancel your purchase in our webshop without questions asked, within 14 days after you receive your order. It is absolutely important that the product has not been used, copied or in any case damaged. Returned models must be sent back in original unopened packaging.
Amercom-hobby guarantees the return of your purchased price, excluding shipping charges. The money will be returned within 14 working days. Amercom-hobby will not accept any shipments sent as COD (Cash On Delivery)
Shipping costs are not subject to refund.
In this case you should send in the product using standard (economic) parcel post, to the following address:

Complaints

You have the right to place a complaint in our shop, in case you will find the following in your product :
- manufacturing defects
- mechanical damage during transport
- non-conformity of merchandise in comparision to what you ordered on-line in our webshop

In this case you should send in the product using standard (economic) parcel post, to the following address:

Amercom-hobby will not accept any shipments sent as COD (Cash On Delivery). Please attach a note explaining the reason for return of the product.
All complaints will be dealt with, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product in question. In case of our acceptance of your complaint, the defective product will be exchanged for one that is free of defects. If the product to be replaced is not in stock, you will get a refund of the purchased price, or have the possibility to choose another in-stock product costing not more than the original purchase. The costs of returning the product in question will be refunded as soon as positive desicion regarding your complaint is made.
To receive the refund, it is absolutely necessary that you provide your bank account information, as well as documentation/proof of your shipping costs.
